Job Purpose:

Shoot, edit and post high-quality video contents for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, BTS, product features).

Own the content process from ideation and scheduling to posting and analysis across all our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms).

Primary duties and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate ensures weekly content volume and consistency across platforms; engagement metrics, including likes, shares, comments, and saves; and follower growth and reach per platform.

• Develop engaging short-form video, photo and written content that showcases our products and offers.
• Create engaging content (reels) for social media platforms primarily Instagram leveraging trending formats and techniques.
• Uploading and scheduling content in line with our content calendar and product launches (Flowers and Plants Photo and videography experience is a bonus but not essential).
• Enhance video footage to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Collaborating with influencers
• Collaborate with internal team to plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Grow and engage our online community, responding to comments and messages in line with our brand voice
• Perform other duties as and when needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

• Experience in a content, social media, or digital marketing role
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content trends
• Skilled in short-form video editing (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools
• Comfortable working autonomously and able to jump in where needed
• Bonus if you have experience working with Flowers and Plants.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Creative mindset with fresh ideas.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Technical Ability:

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, or similar editing tools.

Education & Experience Requirement:

Minimum – Graduate in any discipline with minimum of 3 years work experience in Instagram reels creating.
Preferred – Influencer with good followers.
