General
- These Terms apply exclusively to all sales between Quality Flowers (“Seller”) and customers (“Buyer”). The Buyer’s own terms apply only if agreed to in writing.
- Any changes must be in writing and will override conflicting provisions.
Offers & Agreement
- Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided only for reference purposes, and we may change them without any notice. While we aim for accuracy, we are not liable for minor discrepancies.
- All offers are valid for one order only and cannot be combined with other orders or used for future purchases. Offers are valid only if a specific expiry date is given.
III. Prices
- Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice.
- The payable price is shown at checkout, plus delivery charges and applicable taxes (exclusive of VAT unless stated). All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated.
- If incorrect pricing occurs due to errors, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.
Delivery
- We will attempt delivery on your requested date, but dates are estimates only. No claims apply for delays or early delivery.
- If we cannot fulfil your order in full, we may offer partial delivery, delay, or substitution (with your consent).
- Title and risk pass to you upon delivery. Delivery charges apply unless otherwise agreed.
- If you refuse or delay delivery, storage will be at your risk and expense, and we may dispose of the products if not collected within a reasonable time.
- Full payment is due even if delivery is incomplete.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, extreme weather, traffic disruption, supplier failure, or government actions.
Packaging
- Products are packaged according to industry standards unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Reusable packaging must be returned within 7 days, or charges will apply.
VII. Complaints
- Visible defects must be reported within 24 hours of receipt; hidden defects must be reported immediately upon discovery.
- Complaints must include a detailed description, supporting evidence, and proof that the defective goods match those delivered.
- Only the affected portion of an order may be rejected.
- If a claim is unfounded, the Buyer will charge investigation costs.
VIII. Liability
- We are only liable for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence.
- We are not responsible for losses from import restrictions unless notified in writing beforehand.
- Our liability is capped at the invoice value of the affected goods.
- Products are for decorative use only and may be harmful if misused; the Buyer must pass this warning to their customers.
Payment
- Payment is due as agreed, either on delivery or within the specified term, to our designated bank account. Bank charges are the Buyer’s responsibility.
- Late payment may incur 1.5% monthly interest and collection costs of at least 15% of the outstanding amount.
- Accurate billing details must be provided and updated promptly.
Retention of Title
Ownership remains with us until payment is made in full. Products may not be pledged or used as security before transfer of ownership.
Applicable Law & Disputes
All transactions are governed by UAE law. Accessing our services from prohibited locations is at your own risk and responsibility.
